From swing stage restoration on condo towers to firestop packages in schools, every job gets the same treatment: old sealant fully removed, joints prepped properly, and a clean, tooled bead that lasts.
High-Rise & Envelope Restoration
Swing stage and bosun chair work on condo towers, both new builds and restoration. On restoration jobs we cut out the old, failed sealant completely, clean the joint, install new backer rod and lay a fresh, tooled bead. No capping over old caulk. Precast joints, window and balcony perimeters, curtain wall and window wall.
Mid-Rise & Commercial
Boom lift work on 2 to 10 storey buildings, plants and storefronts. Perimeter sealing, control joints, transitions and air seals, done with minimal disruption to the building and its tenants.
Schools & Institutional
Interior sealant and firestop packages for schools: top-of-wall and head-of-wall joints at rated walls, smoke seals, rated wall expansion joints, hollow metal door frames and finish lines. We walk every inspection ourselves and have passed every one.
Subdivisions & Residential
Production caulking for low-rise and subdivision builders, plus window and door re-caulks for homeowners, with old caulking fully removed and new sealant colour-matched to the frame or masonry.
